Genealogical Information Manager

from  GIM Software Designs

Welcome to the home page for GIM (Genealogical Information Manager)!

GIM version 3.20 is available.  Download your copy now.

GIM is an MS-DOS program that provides all of the basic features of traditional genealogical database managers, plus many new features not available from any other product. GIM is fast and powerful, yet intuitive and easy to learn.

GIM is distributed as a self-extracting archive file that contains executables and documentation, which is available from this site. A sample database of Abraham Lincoln's ancestry is included. GIM is also distributed as a non-self-extracting ZIP archive, which is available from this site, and is also usually available for download at http://www.simtel.com/simtel.net/msdos/genealgy.html and other SimTel mirror sites.
